We strive to enrich the lives of our individuals. They are family to us, and we welcome them into our lives. All services are tailored to meet each individual’s needs and wants. Each will have an Individualized Support Plan (ISP) and Behavior Support Plan (BSP) that will help improve and maintain physical, social, and mental functioning. LHS values the input from the individuals and guardians during the planning phase of services, allowing it to be a person-centered plan. We believe that person-centered planning and open communication will facilitate the best outcome.
