We provide support to persons with disabilities by arranging a shared living situation where a couple or a family in the community can choose/agree to live with them, get to know each other, and share life’s experiences.
We render robust person-centered planning and competent, well-resourced case management to minimize risk, increase and maintain the person’s physical, emotional, intellectual, and social functioning while remaining in a loving and nurturing home and community. Our team can also assist them in developing, maintaining, and/or improving their skills and capabilities related to activities of daily living.
The shared living provider will ensure proper education and training will be provided to the individual for better care and reaching their full potential and capability.
